As members of ARLA Propertymark, who are the UK’s foremost professional body for Letting agents, we are required to adhere to a strict code of conduct and ARLA require members to undertake regular training to ensure they are up to date with current legislative changes. Landlords can also be confident that their money is protected under the Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP) which guarantees that your money is always protected and we are also members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS)
